As you'd expect, the Grammys are one of the biggest music events of the year, and the nominations always spark debates. Today, I'll add insight into who I think should win the awards in select categories.

1. Record Of The Year
Wow, it's times like these that you realize how lucky we are with the music on offer. However, out of all these 10/10 options, I would go with Good Luck, Babe by Chappell Roan as my top record. The production value on this is top tier. Everything about this song screams iconic and deserves some recognition at this award show.
2. Album Of The Year
I'm going to be controversial with this one, but if it was up to me then Cowboy Carter by Beyonce would be the one for me on this occasion. A mix of pop and western this album is always a great listen and has some real hits. All of its 27 songs are worth a listen and its 1 hour and 19 minute run time is worth every second.
3. Song Of The Year
Different from the record of the year, song of the year is all about the songwriting of a tune. For me, this award should go to Die With A Smile by Bruno Mars and Lady GaGa. Despite some tough times for Mars, this song came in well for him, he and GaGa work so well together and you really feel the emotions through the lyrics, exactly why I knight it the winner of this category.
4. Best Dance Pop Recording
Now I simply had to comment on this category just for my boy, Troye Sivan. For me, his song, Got Me Started, is the number one choice. It's closely followed by Ariana's Yes, and? but I do think it's the right choice, the whole album was the Brat before Brat but specifically this song is something special. It's very cool to see Troye in the running when I didn't even know he was in the sprint.
5. Best Pop Solo Performance
She had to get on this list somehow, it's Sabrina Carpenter with Espresso. Despite some worthy opponents I would say as far as pop goes this hit's the spot right where you want it. It's catchy, it's fun and it's provocative. This whole Sabrina album would've won if it hadn't been for how rich the competition is this year.
Conclusion
I'm excited to see how many of these I got right and how many of the actual results I agree with. Let me know your thoughts in the comments or via my social media.
